Step 2 – Enable your phone or tablet to accept reminder notifications. Choose the setting “Alerts”. 🙂
Step 3 – You must register with Smile-tastic! to receive reminders. Change or replace your elastics when you are reminded to do so at 4 important times throughout the day.
